The JTC West Cobb Competition Team is a family of dedicated athletes and families. The team trains to compete in Olympic Sparring, Forms and other events at local, regional and national tournaments. Competition team athletes participate in special training sessions that focus on mastering all aspects of competition including conditioning, speed, agility, strength, timing, endurance and WINNING!
